Presentation Guidelines
Format: 12 minutes per presentation with 3 minutes reserved for Q&A / transition between presenters
Branding Rules
In keeping with IGS Guidelines on conference presentations:
- Presentations should not be commercial in nature
- Presentation slides should not contain company logos or other corporate identification except in an opening slide and a final slide expressing appreciation for support to the author/presenter by the company or a group of companies
- Brand names and company names must not be in the presentation title.
- Where brand names have to be used in the slides, a given brand name should appear once only. Thereafter, please use generic terms or symbols (.e.g, If “IGS-Textile” is a brand name, use “GTX1” or “the geotextile” or similar thereafter).
