At least one author/presenter of all accepted papers and presentations must be registered by January 15, 2024 for your contribution to be included in the conference record. 

Additional Details

IGS MEMBER RATE: This rate is available only to members in good standing with the International Geosynthetics Society (IGS) and partner groups approved by the conference organizers to receive the IGS rate. The conference reserves the right to reject registrations that don’t not qualify for the rate. Verification inquiries of current memberships in IGS and affiliated organizations may be made. 
STUDENT RATE: This rate applies to registered full-time students in a university, college or engineering school. Documentary proof may be required. The conference reserves the right to reject any registration under this rate that does not meet the organizers’ definition of student.

Registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. 

In case of cancellation:

  • Cancellations through 15 January 2024: 70% refund
  • Cancellations 16 January  – 15 February 2024: 30% refund
  • Cancellations after 15 February 2024: NO REFUND
